The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the “Winnersemester” competition, in which rds Reisedienst Deutscher Studentenschaften GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) will be giving away prizes from its partners from 02.12.-15.12.2024.
By submitting the entry form, the participant accepts the following conditions.
All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany and Austria are eligible to participate. Excluded from participation are all employees, staff and consultants of the organizer and their respective first and second degree relatives as well as their spouses and partners in a marriage-like relationship. The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, double participation with different e-mail addresses, participation via third parties (intermediaries, collective entries, etc.), registration via a provider whose business purpose is, among other things, the manipulation of competitions or other undue influence on the competition, etc. In such cases, prizes may also be awarded retrospectively. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.
The competition will be held from 02.12.-15.12.2024 on the ISIC website www.isic.de and communicated via various ISIC channels. Two packages with various prizes from the partners will be raffled off (see point 4). Only complete, comprehensible and correctly completed contact forms on the competition page that are received during the above-mentioned competition period will be entered into the prize draw. Participation is only permitted once. The winners will be informed by e-mail within 14 days of the end of the respective competition.

The winners of the competition will be determined by a random draw if the number of correct entries exceeds the number of prizes. The organizer will notify the winner by e-mail. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification within seven days of receipt and provide the required information. Otherwise, the organizer is entitled to draw a new winner. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse or transfer to other persons is excluded. Unfortunately, no compensation can be provided in the event of loss.
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to interrupt or terminate the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
The organizer always endeavors to provide correct information on the Internet. Liability for incorrect information or technical errors in connection with the prize decision is excluded.

Legal recourse is excluded for the implementation of the competition, the decision on the prize and the payment of the prize.
