The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the “Winnersemester” competition, in which rds Reisedienst Deutscher Studentenschaften GmbH and eduverify GmbH (hereinafter “Organizer”) will be giving away prizes from its partners from 29.9.-9.11.2025.
By submitting the competition form, the participant accepts the following conditions.
All persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany and Austria are eligible to take part. All employees, staff and consultants of the organizer and their respective first and second degree relatives as well as their spouses and partners in a marriage-like relationship are excluded from participation. The organizer is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of the conditions of participation, double participation with different e-mail addresses, participation via third parties (intermediaries, collective entries, etc.), registration via a provider whose business purpose is, among other things, the manipulation of competitions or other undue influence on the competition, etc.. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.
The competition will be communicated on the ISIC website www.isic.de and on www.isic.at from 29.9.-9.11.2025. A new chance to win will be published every week. Participation per prize is possible for two weeks. Each prize can only be entered during the respective period. Only complete, comprehensible and correctly filled out contact forms on the competition page that are received during the above-mentioned competition period will be entered into the prize draw. The winners will be informed by e-mail within 14 days of the end of the respective competition.
The following prizes will be raffled off:
The voucher can be redeemed in the FlixBus app and on the website. The voucher is valid until 31.08.2026. The voucher is valid for travel from 29.09.2025 to 31.08.2026. The voucher entitles the holder to purchase 1 free ticket on the FlixBus network. The voucher cannot be combined with other voucher codes. The voucher is not valid for service fees and extras. It is not possible to subsequently credit a voucher to a booking that has already been made. Cash payment of the voucher amount is not possible. The resale and publication of vouchers is prohibited.
The winners of the competition will be determined by drawing lots if the number of correct entries exceeds the number of prizes. The winner will be notified by the organizer via e-mail. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification within seven days of receipt and provide the required information. Otherwise, the organizer is entitled to draw a new winner. Cash payment of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse or transfer to other persons is excluded. Unfortunately, no replacement can be provided in case of loss.
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to interrupt or also terminate the competition at any time for good cause without prior notice. This applies in particular to reasons that disrupt or prevent the scheduled course of the competition. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
The organizer always tries to provide correct information on the Internet. Liability for incorrect information or technical errors in connection with the decision to win is excluded.

Legal recourse is excluded for the implementation of the competition, the decision on the prize and the payment of the prize.
